Project Melo Summit
Who We Are – From Project Melo
“We are a social enterprise with the purpose of supporting youth empowerment and development for the good of our society. We hope to facilitate direct engagement between our next generation and leading CEOs. We wish to inspire hope, renew trust, and co-create a positive impact.”
This program connected my team and I with the CEOs of McDonald’s Hong Kong and Bowtie Insurance, supervised by Miss Hong Kong 2015 Winner Louisa Mak. We launched McDonald’s Hong Kong’s first Youth Advisory Board, creating a direct and internal channel for HK youth to shape corporate strategies through their insights and perspectives. This pioneering initiative was the first of its kind in Hong Kong, connecting local youth with corporate decision-making, and we even helped generate ideas for a fun McNuggets exhibition. We presented our project at the Melo Summit hosted by HKUST, delivering a TED-style talk to an audience of 500+ global CEOs.
Today, I am still actively engaged with Project Melo and their expanding network of over 45 Hong Kong CEOs.
